Heres the recipe I use in the video
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 3-4 / 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
- Shredded coconut to roll balls in
1. Combine dry ingrediants into a blender. Add dates and then oil and blend. Use hands to combine into balls and then roll in the shredded coconut.

Ground chia seeds should still be ok, though not sure if they still have the same gelatinous “binding” effect once inside if they are all ground up!
Cacao is a fav of mine! I make rumballs (just like mum use to) with dates, almonds, cacao, coco oil and rolled in coconut! YUM!!!
