Welcome back to week two of our video series.

This week Dr Kirby (and our beautiful assistant Ella) show you how to perform our sitting fitness routine.

There are 5 exercises to learn- “W” “Y” “T” “L” & the hip flexor stretch.

The whole routine will take you around 2 mins and is the simpliest way to break up sitting all day at your desk (oh and this is sure to improve your posture out of sight!)
