These paleo protein balls are super easy to make and are a fabulous snack food.  Be sure to watch the video to find out how.  If you have any questions make sure you comment below.


Heres the recipe I use in the video

– 1 cup macadamia nuts

– 3-4 / 1 cup dates

– 1/2 cup goji berries

– 1/4 cup chia seeds

– 2-3 tbsp coconut oil

– Shredded coconut to roll balls in

1. Combine dry ingrediants into a blender. Add dates and then oil and blend. Use hands to combine into balls and then roll in the shredded coconut.
