Our purpose is to empower, educate and inspire our community in such a way that it brings about a paradigm shift in how they view their health and live their life. We are beginning with a series of FREE workshops within the local community (workplace, sporting clubs, social groups, schools.)
Although there is more information out there than ever before, there is also great confusion about what it takes to be healthy. Drs Angus, Tony and Kirby have spent thousands of hours researching what it takes to get well and stay well. Our workshops are designed to have you and your group not only thinking differently about health but also taking ACTION. In these fun and interactive workshops you will learn key strategies inside workshops such as – “How to bulletproof your back”, “7 steps to doubling your energy levels” “Minimise your stress in 4 easy steps” and “The Foundations of Wellness – the science behind who gets sick and who stays well.” These workshops can be tailored to suit your group and run from 20 – 60 minutes.
